When will my order ship?
A:
- If all
merchandise is in stock, UPS Ground orders should leave our
warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (holidays excluded).
- If all
merchandise is in stock, express orders that are placed before
12:00 noon EST (Monday through Friday) will leave our warehouse that
same day (holidays excluded).
- If all
merchandise is in stock, express orders that are placed after
12:00 noon EST will leave our warehouse the following business day (holidays
excluded).
- Deliveries are
made Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).
- If one
or more items are on backorder, your order will ship in full
within 2 to 3 weeks. The status of the items you ordered will be noted
on your order confirmation e-mail. If you would like to request that
any in stock merchandise ship ahead of the backordered merchandise,
we can accommodate your request for an additional shipping charge.
Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order. For order
inquiries or to check stock prior to placing your order, please contact

Q: How
do I know if items I ordered are in stock and available for shipment?
A: Once you have
placed your order online you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
If an item is not in stock the status will be listed as “Backordered”
on the e-mail. If your order includes an item(s) on backorder your order
will ship in full within 2 to 3 weeks. If you would like to request that
the in stock item(s) ship ahead of the backordered item(s), we can accommodate
your request for an additional shiping charge. Please contact Customer Service

Can I expedite my shipping if I need the merchandise faster?
A: Yes, you may indicate your expedited request during the checkout process
by selecting the expedited shipping method. You may also call Customer
Service at 1-800-726-3022 with your order ID number and we will be happy
to assist you with your request.

Can you provide me with a tracking number for my order?
A. Yes, when your order ships you will receive a shipment notification
via e-mail with your tracking number. If you have any questions regarding
the tracking information for your order, please contact Customer Service

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
A: Please complete a separate order for each shipping address.

What is the return policy?
A: Your Company Collection wants you to be completely satisfied with
your purchase. If, for any reason, you should need to return your merchandise,
you have the option to make an exchange or receive a full refund less
the original shipping and handling, which is non-refundable. We ask that
you return the merchandise unworn/unused within 30 days of the shipment
date. A return form with instruction will be included in your order. Please
call Your Company Collection at 800-726-3022 with any questions regarding
this process. Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable
and are the responsibility of the shopper.
