Q: How do I place an order online?

A:
Click on the merchandise category you wish to shop and you will see a listing of all items in this category. You may scroll down to view all items.
You may purchase from this screen by selecting the size and color (if applicable) and entering the quantity and clicking “Add To Cart”. You may view a larger image by clicking on the picture of the item. You may also purchase from this screen by selecting the size and color (if applicable) and entering the quantity and clicking “Add To Cart”.
As you continue to shop your “Shopping Cart” section will display a running total of all merchandise added to your shopping cart. By clicking on the shopping cart icon you are able to review your order. “Your Shopping Cart” screen allows you to update the quantity, color and size of an item. To update the quantity you can put your cursor in the quantity field and enter a new number or you may click on the addition, subtraction or remove buttons located under the “Update” column. Click on “Update” to process and changes.
To empty your cart, click on the red “x” button under the remove column until each item in your cart has been removed.
You may continue shopping or checkout. Once you are ready to finalize your order, click checkout.
Registered customers may sign in. If you are a new customer, click “Continue”. You may choose to register during checkout but you are not required to register on the site to place an order.
Please complete the required billing information and click "Continue".
Review the order summary, billing and shipping address/information. Select the desired shipping option and review your order total. Select the desired payment type, enter any required information and click "Submit Order" To finalize your purchase
An order confirmation will appear that says “Thank You For Your Order.” You may print this page for your records. If you do not receive this page, we probably did not receive your order.
All orders online are secure. Payment can be made by credit card only.

Q: What types of payment are accepted?
A: We accept credit card payment only.

Q: How do I enter multiple payments?
A: Enter your first payment type and your balance will appear. Select your next form of payment from the drop down box until you balance is zero.

Q: Can I mail a check or send payment after I receive my order?
A: No, payment must be received prior to shipment.

Q: Do I need to mail in my gift certificate?
A: No. You may redeem your gift certificate online. If you have any questions regarding gift certificates, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-726-3022.

Q: When will my order ship?
A:

  • If all merchandise is in stock, UPS Ground orders should leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (holidays excluded).
  • If all merchandise is in stock, free shipping orders should leave our warehouse in approximately 2 weeks. The free shipping orders are picked up from our warehouse by Dayton Freight approximately twice per month.
  • If all merchandise is in stock, express orders that are placed BEFORE 12:00 noon EST (Monday through Friday) will leave our warehouse that same day (holidays excluded).
  • If all merchandise is in stock, express orders that are placed AFTER 12:00 noon EST (Monday through Friday) will leave our warehouse the following business day (holidays excluded).
  • If one or more items are on backorder, UPS orders should ship in full within 2 to 3 weeks. The status of the items you ordered is listed above. If you would like to request that any in stock merchandise ship ahead of the backordered merchandise, we can accommodate your request for an additional shipping charge.
  • If one or more items are on backorder, free shipping orders should leave our warehouse in approximately 2-4 weeks. Backordered items usually arrive in our warehouse within 2 to 3 weeks and then the free shipping orders are picked up from our warehouse by Dayton Freight approximately twice per month. The status of the items you ordered is listed above. If any of the merchandise on your order is in stock, we try to send the in-stock portion in the next available free shipment pick-up and then we will send the backordered merchandise separately as soon as possible.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).

Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order. For order inquiries or to check stock prior to placing your order, please contact customer service at 1-800-726-3022.

Q: How can I receive FREE SHIPPING?
A:
FREE SHIPPING is now available when you ship your order to your Dayton Freight Service Center!
On the Payment Option page during checkout, you can choose your Service Center from a dropdown list. By choosing your Service Center location, this will override the shipping address you entered in the previous step during checkout. Free shipping orders are sent via Dayton Freight and are picked up from our warehouse approximately twice per month.

  • If all merchandise is in stock, free shipping orders should leave our warehouse in approximately 2 weeks. The free shipping orders are picked up from our warehouse by Dayton Freight approximately twice per month.
  • If one or more items are on backorder, free shipping orders should leave our warehouse in approximately 2-4 weeks. Q: How do I know if items I ordered are in stock and available for shipment?
A: Once you have placed your order online you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. If an item is not in stock the status will be listed as “Backordered” on the e-mail. If your order includes an item(s) on backorder your order will ship in full within 2 to 3 weeks. If you would like to request that the in stock item(s) ship ahead of the backordered item(s), we can accommodate your request for an additional shiping charge. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-726-3022 with any order inquiries or requests.

Q: Can I expedite my shipping if I need the merchandise faster?
A: Yes, you may indicate your expedited request during the checkout process by selecting the expedited UPS shipping method. Free shipping orders cannot be expedited. You may also call Customer Service at 1-800-726-3022 with your order ID number and we will be happy to assist you with your request.

Q. Can you provide me with a tracking number for my order?
A. Yes, when your order ships via UPS you will receive a shipment notification via e-mail with your tracking number. If you chose free shipping, you will not receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with tracking number. If you have any questions regarding the tracking information for your order, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-726-3022.

Q: Can I ship to multiple addresses?
A: Please complete a separate order for each shipping address.

Q: What is the return policy?
A: Your Company Collection wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you should need to return your merchandise, you have the option to make an exchange or receive a full refund less the original shipping and handling, which is non-refundable. We ask that you return the merchandise unworn/unused within 30 days of the shipment date. A return form with instruction will be included in your order. Please call Your Company Collection at 800-726-3022 with any questions regarding this process. Shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the shopper.

Q: How do I return my merchandise?
A: To return merchandise, please complete the return/exchange return form included in your order. Please return the package to Your Company Collection via UPS or insured parcel post at the following address:

...Gift Certificates

Q: How do I use a gift certificate on my order?
A: When paying with a gift certificate online, you will need to enter your gift certificate number and PIN before choosing your payment method. On the "Payment Option" page, under "Payment Information" please enter your gift certificate number and PIN and then click the add button. Your gift certificate number and the amount of your gift certificate that will be applied to your order will populate below. If your gift certificate covers the full amount of your order, you do not need to choose a payment method. You can proceed with submitting your order. If your gift certificate does not cover the full amount of your order, select Credit Card as the payment type and proceed with entering your credit card information. Your credit card will only be charged for the balance of this order. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-726-3022 if you ahve any questions

Q: What if I redeem only part of my gift certificate?
A: The unredeemed portion of your gift certificate will be held on account for future redemptions.

Q: What if my gift certificate does not cover the full balance of my order?
A:
If you are placing your order online with a gift certificate, you will also be able to select a second payment method to pay by credit card for the remaining balance.
