Q:
When will my order ship?
A: If all merchandise is in stock, your order will ship within
1 to 2 business days via UPS Ground. Deliveries are made Monday through
Friday (holidays excluded). Occasionally, due to high demand, we are unable
to fill orders from inventory. If we do not have an item that you've ordered
in stock, customer service will contact you. Your credit card will not
be charged until we ship your order. Backorders will ship within 2-3 weeks.

Q: How do I know
if items I ordered are in stock and available for shipment?
A: Once you have
placed your order online you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
Occasionally, due to high demand, we are unable to fill orders from inventory.
If an item is not in stock the status will be listed as “Backordered”
on the e-mail. If your order includes an item(s) on backorder your order
will ship in full within 2 to 3 weeks. If you would like to request that
the in stock item(s) ship ahead of the backordered item(s) or if you would
like to modify your order, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-726-3022.

Can I expedite my shipping if I need the merchandise faster?
A: Yes, you may indicate your expedited request during the checkout process
by selecting the expedited shipping method. You may also call Customer
Service at 1-800-726-3022 with your order ID number and we will be happy
to assist you with your request.

Can you provide me with a tracking number for my order?
A. Yes, when your order ships you will receive a shipment notification
via e-mail with your tracking number. If you have any questions regarding
the tracking information for your order, please contact Customer Service

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
A: Please complete a separate order for each shipping address.

What is the return policy?
A: Your Company Collection wants you to be completely satisfied with
your purchase. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all merchandise
for any defects. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase,
we ask that you return it unused within 30 days for replacement or refund.
The original shipping and handling is non-refundable. The return policy
applies to orders shipped within the United States only. Please call Customer

foreign shipments.
